Completion of the Prime Check or any questionnaire does not guarantee acceptance into treatment.

Prescriptions

  • Prescriptions remain at the discretion of the treating practitioner.

Fees

Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.

  • You may cancel subject to applicable notice periods.
